Join us for Limb Difference Day a special event designed for individuals of all ages with limb differences - upper, lower, limited mobility, amputee, congenital, and others. Every April, Form5 observes National Limb Loss & Limb Difference Awareness Month, honoring the 5.6 million individuals in the U.S. living with limb loss or limb difference. For over seven years, Form5 has empowered the limb difference community by creating custom devices that enable individuals to pursue their passions and inspire future innovators. On April 11, 2026, Form5 will host its inaugural Limb Difference Day, a celebration fostering connection and community. FREE ADMISSION
