Form5 invites students and families to attend our PRE-FAB Summer Workshop Preview Day, an informational event for middle school students entering or currently in 7th–9th grade. PRE-FAB is a STEAM-based program that introduces students to the design and fabrication of adaptive solutions that improve accessibility and independence for individuals with limb differences. Event highlights include: • Welcome and tour of Form5 • Overview of the PRE-FAB Summer Workshop curriculum • Discussion of student experience, collaboration, and mentorship • Wrap-up and questions This Preview Day is an excellent opportunity for families to learn more about the program and determine if PRE-FAB is the right fit for their student.
